We spend hours and hours every day in browser windows switching between CRUD after CRUD. While most products merely chug along, some achieve true greatness.
This endeavor started as a curious question - ‘What makes these great products so great? We are a group of Product Managers who meet weekly to discuss, dissect, and debate in an attempt to answer this question. We talk about product design, market positioning, pricing, usability, etc. from the eyes of a Product Manager and that of a Customer.
